Great Clips is looking for a GREAT Salon Manager for our amazing team of top cutting specialists in Bowmanville!
You will lead a busy, fast-paced, fun atmosphere, family-oriented business that's passionate about quality & excellent customer service.
You will continue to follow your passion by leading from behind the chair , as you provide excellent quality haircuts to customers every day.
You can expect to make $65,000 to $75,000 per year, including tips. Join a very busy salon.

Expectations :
- Role model / coach for consistent quality & excellent customer service.
- Run an efficient & profitable salon.
- Recruit & train new Stylists.
- Create a weekly schedule, based on Customer flow.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- Deal with customer and stylist issues
- Provide quality haircuts & excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Five years of hair salon management experience.
- Current Ontario College of Trades license.
- Skill to use a computer to track customer information.
- Dedication to great customer service.
