POSITION : Enterprise Account Executive
TERRITORY : Greater Vancouver Area
MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.
Our client is a prominent global systems integrator who is on the hunt for an Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow business in the Greater Vancouver Area.
The EAE will be a vertical subject matter expert for the Government, Education, Utilities, and Healthcare sectors so previous experience selling into any of these verticals will be a strong asset.
You will inherit a book of business but will also be expected to hunt for net new business using a consultative solutions selling skill set.
This position is accountable for the development of strong relationships with national team members (internal resources), solid partnerships with industry influencers and alignment with strategic customer clients (end users).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred ideally in either business or engineering
- 5-10 years of proven sales experience including 3 years successfully dealing with enterprise customers
- Proven ability to drive sales activity and close business
- Highly energetic and results oriented
- Strong verbal / written communication and outstanding presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage sales territory; driven and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions
Compensation :
- Base salary (80K-100K) plus un-capped commissions
- Vehicle reimbursement plan
