Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Full-Time Seasonal Reservations Agent.

We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Hourly Wage : $23.50 - $25.00
Your job :
Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls, coordinate details of each reservation, and complete internal reservation forms.
Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and Department Head.
Process internal reservations, management reservations, reservations from the Central Reservations Office, employee complementary room request, group blocks travel agent discount
Handle guest complaints in accordance with policy.
Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations.
Call to confirm and / or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations and clear waitlisted reservations.
Run appropriate reports checking for special requests and hard blocking any rooms that are not hard blocked for special requests.
Inform Manager of any Special Attention and VIP guests. Obtain arrival times for VIPs or Special Attention guests.
Monitor Front Desk reservations made the night prior and address any reoccurring issues.
Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
About You :
1-2 years working in hotels or customer service.
Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
Must have excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Strong phone skills needed.
Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in Canada.
As our hotel is open 24 / 7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
