Responsibilities :
- Maintain and monitor standard cost system in ERP
- Supervises monthly close activities. Prepare / oversee preparation of income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements
- Organize and schedule all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
- Analyze and reconcile financial information and general ledger accounts
- Provide financial support to various internal managers.
- Train, conducts evaluations, and manage productivity of employees.
- Approve AP invoices and P-card transactions and customer account credits.
- Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
- Maintaining inventory costs
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- CPA designation or at the final stages is a must
- Must be bilingual in French and English - both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
