Site Supervisor
Location : Niagara Falls, Ontario
Employment Type : Full Time
Compensation : $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on candidate experience)

Position Overview :
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Site Supervisor with experience in mid-rise / high-rise construction. The successful candidate will oversee a mid-rise multistory concrete and steel structure project in Niagara Falls.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in mid-rise / high-rise construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
