Receptionist (Part-Time)
Airswift is seeking a receptionist to work for a major petrochemical client in Calgary, AB. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility to be extended, based on performance and workload.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone, greet, and welcome visitors, and direct them appropriately.
- Administer entry safety protocols for contractors and visitors.
- Respond to inquiries from visitors or callers.
- Manage access cards for contractors / visitors.
- Assist with catering requests.
- Provide administrative assistance to employees / contractors at the site.
- Manage selected administrative work such as organizational charts, phone lists, and others.
- Work closely with the morning receptionist to ensure a seamless transition.
Required
- Minimum Grade 12 education plus 4-5 years combination of applicable post-secondary education and related (reception) experience.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Outlook skills); SharePoint and Teams skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 4 : 30 pm.
