Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join their hard-working team for a remote role.
As the Credit & Collections Specialist your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to :
- Analyze and assess the credit worthiness of prospective customers.
- Approve or reject customer credit requests
- Developing, recommending, and maintaining company credit and collection policies and procedures
- Performing account / payment reconciliations
- Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with internal and external clients
- Processing cash receipts
- Send out monthly customer statements
- Perform daily financial transactions
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :

- Previous experience as a Credit & Collections Specialist
- The ability to work accurately and independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
