Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Toronto. This hybrid role involves working closely with our clients on consulting engagements, managing complex projects, and driving successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage client consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish clear deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough project analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay current with industry trends and methodologies, applying innovative approaches to project management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
