As an Employee Central Payroll Specialist, you will make a difference in the way our employees work. You will leverage your technical acumen, creative problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to tackle various challenges and deliver operational and customer service excellence.

You will be key to maintaining data integrity, functionality, and enhancements within our SuccessFactors footprint.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Translate business requests into formal business requirements and manage them through agile project phases.
  • Ensure proper configuration of HR systems (core HR, pay, benefits, and time) according to legislation, collective agreements, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Support daily payroll and time management operations, including issue and escalation management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Perform quality testing in test and production environments, supporting all changes in your portfolio.
  • Lead or assist in various projects, system changes, and audits.
  • Manage relationships with customers and be the point of contact for their requests.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and deliver various programs, focusing on team member experience.
  • Support incident / escalation processes to minimize system outage time and maintain service quality.
  • Build strong relationships across the HR community and represent HR Operations at meetings internally and externally with vendor partners.
  • Conduct systems analysis and provide strategic solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 2-3 years of systems delivery experience, specifically related to Employee Central Payroll or ECC (SAP On-Prem HP1) Payroll.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors (EC, ECT, and ECP; SAP On-prem is a plus).
  • Ability to translate complex requests into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Knowledge and / or experience in HR environments supporting HR programs, policies, and related processes.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in change management, including process documentation.
  • Experience in building, assigning, and tracking testing scenarios.
