Responsibilities :
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities and exceed revenue targets within the executive search market.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate target industries and verticals, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to drive growth.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations, effectively articulating our value proposition and service offerings.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, demonstrating strong sales acumen and deal-making skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery capabilities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking sales activities and progress using CRM tools and systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs, continuously adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements :
- Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive professional environment.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges and objections.
- Deep understanding of various sales practices including cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales
- Minimum of 3 + years of sales and account management experience; outbound sales is required with a strong track record in B2B sales will also be considered.
- Averaging minimum 50 outbound B2B calls daily. The objective is to achieve quality conversations and meet sales and KPI goals.
- Showcase strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Exhibit proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all sales activities and client interactions.

CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO COMMUTE TO PORT MOODY OR COQUITLAM AREA, PENDING OFFICE RELOCATION
Job Type : Full-time
The expected OTE for this role is $150,000 - $300,000 with a combination of base salary, incentive bonuses and UNCAPPED commission and earning potential.
The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, past experiences and track record.
The OTE includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.
