Qualifications :

• Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or combination of work experience will also be considered;
• Minimum 1 Yr experience in People Relations field; · Knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, MB Human Rights Code;· Ability to lead projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to communicate with diversified set of individuals demonstrating Integrity, Empathy, and Respect;· Experience working in Non-Profit Sector will be considered an asset;
• Valid Class 5F License and access to vehicle required; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS Additional Info : · Application is open until position has been filled.
