HR Assistant
Qualifications :
- Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or combination of work experience will also be considered;
- Minimum 1 Yr experience in People Relations field; · Knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, MB Human Rights Code;· Ability to lead projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to communicate with diversified set of individuals demonstrating Integrity, Empathy, and Respect;· Experience working in Non-Profit Sector will be considered an asset;
- Valid Class 5F License and access to vehicle required; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS Additional Info : · Application is open until position has been filled.
- Hours of work : Monday-Friday, 75 hours bi-weekly · Work Location : 84 Brandt Street, Steinbach MB R5G 0E1· Working Environment : 100% on-site at head office with periodical visits in different facility of the organization across Niverville, St.
