Role Summary

Utilization Coordinator, Planning works closely with the Planning team to proactively create engagement teams for future work. The coordinator collaborates with the senior coordinator and manager to assess resourcing needs and allocation of work. Multi‑tasking and prioritisation with a sense of urgency are key skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating solutions cliffs for assurance engagement teams by considering capacity and skillsets of colleagues.
• Collaborate with engagement managers on timelines and needs.
• Make timely changes to schedules as needed.
• Assist other team members with prioritisation and challenges.
• Proactively advise the Resource Manager, Planning of resource constraints or capacity.
• Comfortable working with high volume and time‑sensitive tasks.
• Demonstrate great communication skills both verbal and written.
• Chair internal meetings as needed.
