You will play a critical role in guiding projects through the design, manufacturing, and construction phases, ensuring seamless coordination and a smooth product delivery experience for our clients.

Competitive bonus plan.3 weeks of paid vacation time off annually.8 days paid sick / personal days, annually.What you’ll be doing Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Management : Mentor the Project Management team in collaboration with Developers, Construction Managers, Contractors, Architects, and Engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

Conduct critical customer and subcontract project negotiations with support from internal teams.Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders, delivering weekly project progress reports and embracing feedback for continuous improvement.

Monitor, establish, and adhere to project schedules and budgets, achieving key milestones.Efficiently manage change orders to minimize impact on project schedule and cost.

Drive compliance with plans and schedules, resolve issues, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.Monitor implementation and enforcement of safety, quality, and performance programs.

Ensure adherence to client policies and project procedures by project personnel.Oversee compliance with drawings, specifications, QA program, and project quality plans during construction.

Prepare, issue, and revise project master schedules, including detailed task lists for trade superintendent, general foreman, and subcontractor use.

Monitor and manage risks, developing recovery strategies when project schedules or budgets are at risk.Coordinate site visits for inspections and project closeout meetings with customers and subcontractors.

Review project documentation and drawings to provide accurate estimates.Provide Finance with forecasted project milestone completion dates and revenue targets.

Manage the company master schedule, encompassing design and manufacturing phases in collaboration with department leaders.

Create, gather, and provide all project completion documentation to the construction management company and / or general contractor, and oversee the closing inspection and documentation of any deficiencies with the customer.

Construction : Maintain installation procedures to continually improve on-site productivity and workmanship quality.Maintain productivity cost benchmarks for installation crews.

Assign and contract appropriate installation forces to meet project requirements.Manage the bidding process for subcontracted portions of the statement of work.

Conduct regular site visits, overseeing various site teams and monitoring project progress.Oversee contracts and manage trade and vendor relationships.

Support Site Managers / Supervisors as needed.Research and introduce technologies and equipment to enhance installation process efficiency.

Establish and enforce site safety procedures and guidelines, promoting a 'Safety First' culture.Support the Project Management team with on-site discrepancies or investigations and assist in the preparation of change orders.

Leadership : Foster high performance and a culture of excellence.Collaborate with company leadership in developing the corporate strategic plan.

Ensure teams meet financial and performance commitments.Mentor high-performing teams of PMs and Site Managers / Supervisors.

Desired Experience & Qualifications : The ideal candidate will possess : Post-secondary education in engineering or construction-related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience with established ICI general contractors.Proven track record in overseeing multiple full-cycle commercial new build projects.

Technical Experience or knowledge in building envelopes.Strong organizational, leadership, and technical PM software skills, including a PMP designation.

Demonstrated ability to deliver positive results in project work, including high-quality planning and implementations, cost savings, and additional revenue within time and budgetary constraints.

Experience in leading change management and continuous improvement.Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel provincially, nationally, and internationally.
