A financial services company based in Richmond Hill is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with payment processing and inquiries. This full-time position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Candidates should have 2-3 years of call center experience and demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities. Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
