Job Title : Service Coordinator

Wage - $70-85k Annually

Job Description

• The Service Coordinator will provide support and assistance in all aspects of the service department.
• This role involves coordinating the department's projects, developing quotations and work scopes, procuring materials, managing manpower, scheduling, and maintaining quality documentation.
• The position requires 80% computer work, using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for tasks like providing quotes, scheduling services, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records.
• The remaining 20% involves hands-on tasks such as inventory management and collaborating with shop technicians.
