Adecco is actively seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales - Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Markham, ON.

- Pay Rate : $40k / year plus commission.
- Location : Markham, ON
- Shift : Mondays to Fridays 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm

Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, stock availability, order placement, and shipment tracking.
- Actively contributing to the achievement of OCR Canada's performance objectives, including meeting or exceeding sales targets, response times, and time management.
- Work with peers and industry partners to bring the best technology products, services, and solutions to customers.
- Assist with collections and ensuring the prompt resolution of outstanding invoices.
- Research current and potential customers to understand their business and provide insights on the value of working with OCR Canada.
- Maintain records of sales activities and progress, providing regular updates to sales leadership.
- Continuously analyze market trends and sales data to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- 0-1 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Post-secondary education, ideally in business or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional telephone manner and fluent in English (both written and oral).
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office machines.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Experience in AIDC or wireless solutions is an asset but not required.
