Salary : $65,000 - $80,000 per year

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our multifamily construction team. This role is located in Vancouver and reports to the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will perform a wide variety of duties including but not limited to :

• Assisting Project Manager in the multifamily construction cycle of a single project or multiple projects, depending on the scale and complexity of the projects. Such general tasks include draw, scheduling, and document review and coordination, report generation, and project file management.
• Providing general support to both the Project Manager and construction staff as needed, for the purposes of advancing the company’s projects and delivering to the company’s standards of professionalism.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in quality assurance meetings and thinking critically about tasks and procedures with the objective of finding better and more efficient ways of performing duties.
