We are seeking twelve highly skilledbilingual customer care professionals based in Canada fluent inboth Canadian French and English to join our remote team.

Thisfully remote workfromhome position involves customer support for apremium client in the medical field specifically in pharmaceuticalservices.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that pharmaceuticalpackaging processes meet the highest standards of quality andcompliance.

Summary ofResponsibilities :

Youwill be the first point of contact for customers regarding ordermanagement product and service complaints adverse events andgeneral inquiries.

You will be responsible for the initial intakedocumentation and distribution of customer needs. The role requiresindependent resolution of moderately complex inquiries and theinvestigation of issues related to shipments returns credits andorders.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for allcustomer inquiries and product / service complaints via phone faxemail or online.
  • Handle order entryfor home patients andclinics.
  • Thoroughly document allinquiries in accordance with companyprocedures.
  • Redirect complex orspecialized concerns
  • Expeditecustomer orders asrequired.
  • Investigate and resolveissues related to shipment of products returns credits andorders.
  • Meet assigned targets relatedto order and call management.
  • Processand issue credits / returns.
  • Set up newpatients following the outlined onboarding process and maintainrecords.
  • Build relationships withcrossfunctional teams andclinics.
  • Maintain patientprescriptions / records and attend all required Customer Caremeetings / training.
  • Adhere to companyprocedures related to complaintmanagement.

Requirements

Education / Experience :

  • Required : Highschooldiploma.
  • Preferred : Bachelors degree in life sciences health sciences or relateddiscipline.
  • RequiredExperience : Minimum of 2 years in customerservice.
  • PreferredExperience : 5 years in customer service preferablywithin the healthcare pharmaceutical industry and a basic knowledgeof broad supply chain activities.

  • Bilingual in Canadian Frenchand English (written and verbal).

TrainingProgram :

  • Duration : Fiveweeks of paid training starting inSeptember.
  • Format : Fully remote / workfromhome.

  • RAM : 8GB orhigher.
