Java Developer

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to support implementation projects
• Gain knowledge in our core technologies and standards, including, but not limited to, HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON and XML, and interface with other SMEs in the company as required.
• Prioritize conflicting requests and balance concurrent projects, including escalations to leadership as required.
• Learn about industry trends and best practices to help set direction for our clients’ initiatives.-
• Collaborate regularly with the our clients customer-facing teams (Implementations, Service, Account Managers) to ensure profitability of professional services engagements.
• Act as a resource for technical support analysts.
• Participate in after hour on-call support rotation.
• Support RFI / RFP development and evaluation.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of development experience in Java
• Experience with Spring, REST, SQL and Git.
• Minimum 3 years experience designing, developing and delivering software solutions, alone or as part of a team.
• Superior interpersonal skills, works well with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent analytical, problem recognition and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent prioritization, and organization skills - it is rare for the role to be provided with a concrete list of tasks to complete for the day.

Instead there will be a broader list of issues to analyze and address, and high-level problems to solve. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in this flexible environment.
