An exciting opportunity awaits you. We are eagerly seeking for a dedicated Office Admin to join our client's team located in HRM;

a well-established company. As part of the operations team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day operations.

Starts : On June 12th, 2024

Schedules : Monday to Friday - Full-Time hours

Location : HRM / Halifax

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace by managing supplies and equipment.
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain and document accurate records and databases.
  • Manage and arrange the meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with financial responsibilities such as invoicing, billing, and expense management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Customer Service Orientation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset.
