Insight Global is looking 5 Medical Laboratory Technologists to fill 5 full time positions in Victoria BC for one of the main health authorities in BC.
These individuals will be required to communicate efficiently and effectively to patients / residents and various other stakeholders, have a strong knowledge in core laboratory testing, techniques, methods and procedures, problem solving and critical thinking skills, understanding of government policies and procedures related to the field, can work independently and in group settings, ability to operate equipment and carry out the duties expected of them.
The following qualifications below are required. Must Haves : Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist Graduation from a recognized diploma program in Medical Laboratory Technology Completion of core laboratory related courses within the last two years or 1 year recent, related experience within the last six years in the field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
