Project Coordinator ICI
Now seeking an experienced bilingual ICI Project Coordinator for a full-time opportunity with a growing General Contractor in Ottawa!
We're partnering with a highly respected, growing local general contractor on a search for their next Project Coordinator.
In this role, you'll be a key player, shaping exciting institutional and commercial projects from concept to completion.
This is a site based job and you will rotate between 2 small projects in Hawkesbury and one mid-sized project in Arnprior.
Pay is up to 70K depending on experience.

We're looking for someone who :
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a knack for problem-solving.
- Has 3-5+ years' experience in construction project coordination (bonus points for institutional & commercial).
- Commands construction management software like a pro (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- Bilingualism is preferred but not absolutely essential. You should have strong organizational skills and have excellent attention to detail.
You must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
