Our client is an entrepreneurial, multi-national private equity firm looking to add to their team a Director, Funds and Private Credit.

As the Director Funds and Private Credit, the responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements and investor reporting closed-end funds, special purpose vehicles, general partners, etc.
- Oversee the fund's tax compliance
- Assist with controls assessment and resolving accounting classification for level 3 investments
- Manage, develop, train and hire a team
Qualifications :
- CPA with 10+ years of relevant managerial and fund accounting experience
- Ability to get into the office 3 days per week
- Solid work ethic and communication skills
