Your responsibilities in a few words!
- Assess client needs and risk tolerance
- Develop an appropriate written investment policy statement including collection of client personal information, determination of asset allocation
- Produce security analyses for capital gain / loss transfers
- Review credit quality and duration of fixed income investments, analyze industry allocation, and geographic allocation of equities
- Explain individual fund managers’ strategies to clients
- Conduct reviews of client portfolios
- Participate in networking activities to foster relationships and ensure that the value proposition
- Contribute to clients’ understanding and knowledge of private investment products
- Collaborate in the development of clients’ wealth management plans
Your assets for this position!
- CFA level 1 qualification and / or CIM qualification
- 2 years' relevant experience including direct customer interaction
- Completion of the CSC, Wealth Management and Group Annuity Course (an asset)
- Financial Planner designation (an asset)
- Outstanding customer service
- Resourceful, collaborative and good communicator
- Ability to listen and build trust
- Essential Bilingualism
