As a Business Enablement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations by ensuring accurate and timely billing, efficient order fulfillment, and effective contract management.

You will leverage your analytical skills and process knowledge to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer billing, including setup, investigation, resolution of issues, and adjustment requests
  • Oversee order management to fulfill customer orders for our portfolio offerings
  • Perform contract management, including uploading, searching, maintaining, and auditing contracts
  • Conduct revenue variance analysis to identify leakage and opportunities for growth
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in related work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
  • General knowledge of billing, order, and contract management
  • General knowledge of process improvement and documentation
  • French written skills (an asset)
