Anoffice overseeing the financial affairs of the extended members ofthe shareholders of a family business providing bookkeepingaccounting and tax services as well as other areas of financialplanning including investment planning and monitoring tax planningfor individuals business owners holding companies trusts cash flowmanagement and estate planning / administration.
A friendly familyoffice environment the incumbent will be an important member of athree to fourperson team. Working alongside a CPA and financialplanner the family office interacts with various outside investmentadvisors &managers.

Lookingfor a strong organized and motivated individual to support theinvestment portfolio recordkeeping and reporting accounting taxreturn preparation tax compliance cash flow management and overallfinancial and officeadministration .

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideallythe incumbent has experience working in a tax accounting and / orinvestment environment and now looking forward to work in a smalleroffice offering more flexibility.
Opportunities to grow with theposition exist.
Theincumbent will be expected to be proficient with Microsoft Office(Excel Word Office Outlook etc.) and knowledge of processes andapplications for investment accounting bookkeeping & incometax such as Writeup T1 & T3 tax preparation software(DTMAX) Quicken NDex Systems (data aggregation) online banking andcustodial portals as well as general computer applications andbrowsersetc.
Personalskills required are strong organization resourceful selfmotivatorwillingness to learn a logical thinker attention to detail andaccuracy ability to work on own as well as excellent team spiritand ability to get along with others.
Communicate in both EnglishandFrench.
Educationqualifications desired would be a degree in Business administrationFinance Accounting and / or a related field.
Any courses supportingthese functions would be beneficial such as bookkeeping courses taxcourses Canadian Securities Course Financial planning orCPA.
Salary : $60000$70000 benefits
