Job Title : Engagement Manager - Analytics Consulting

Role Overview

We are seeking an Engagement Manager based in Calgary to lead and coordinate data analytics and AI engagements for strategic enterprise clients.

This is a business-facing role with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, shaping problem statements, translating business questions into analytical workstreams, and orchestrating delivery across technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate is :

• Strong on business acumen and knowledge (business value drivers, operations and KPIs)
• Able to quickly learn new industries and business domains
• Fluent in working with data & analytics teams , even if not a hands‑on data scientist
• Highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel for story lining, analysis, and client‑ready deliverables
