L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Description du poste
Le Restaurant Il Carpaccio, récemment distingué et reconnu comme le meilleur restaurant italien hors d'Italie et titulaire d'une étoile au Guide Michelin, recherche un(e) Commis de Salle (H / F) passionné(e) pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.
Situé au sein du prestigieux palace Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, le Restaurant Il Carpaccio incarne l'élégance, le raffinement et l'authenticité de la gastronomie italienne.
MISSIONS
- Assister les équipes en salle dans la préparation de la salle avant le service.
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les accompagner à leur table.
- Prendre les commandes et les transmettre efficacement à la cuisine.
- Assurer le service des plats et boissons avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
- Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et répondre à leurs demandes avec diligence.
- Participer à la mise en place et au rangement de la salle après le service.
- Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail propre et ordonné.
Qualifications
- Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans un établissement haut de gamme ou étoilé.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
- Passion pour la gastronomie italienne et volonté d'apprendre et de se perfectionner.
