Role Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join the Cyber Security Operations (CSO) division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our cyber security managed services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has work experience (or a keen interest) in the cyber security industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of cyber security managed services to clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery issues
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained
- Produce and deliver presentations to client decision makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes
- Review and monitor reports on service performance metrics
- Become the client advocate internally
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in client management, service delivery, or related client-facing roles
- Work experience in the cyber security industry preferred but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort engaging with C suite and decision maker level stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
