Nurse Practitioner Primary Care
Job description :
Our client, a medical service organization dedicated to Canadian non-residents is currently seeking a Specialised Nurse Practitioner (SNP) in primary care.
The SNP will visit patients in person at their home or virtually to assess their medical condition and determine the appropriate care plan.
If needed you will prescribe medical exams and tests required to refine your diagnosis and / or refer to a specialist if necessary, and ensure follow-up.

Skills and qualifications :
- Master's degree in Nursing SNP in primary care
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a SNP will be an asset
