School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Setting (Contract)
Location : Sierra Vista, AZ (On-site)
Salary : $48-$50 / hour (depending on experience)
Position Type : Full-time, contract position (Monday-Friday, renewable annually)
Benefits : Candidates will be paid for hours worked, with time off during school holidays and closings. Contract renewal opportunities available on a yearly basis.
Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting in Sierra Vista, AZ.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s communication development while working closely with educators, students, and families.
The role follows a regular Monday-Friday schedule, with school holidays off, and offers the potential for yearly contract renewal.
Required Qualifications :
Current Arizona SLP license
Experience in a school setting or pediatric speech therapy
Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Ability to manage a school-based caseload and provide individualized therapy plans
Desired Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students’ development
Experience with individualized education programs (IEPs) and developing therapy goals for students
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced educational environment
