Intermediate Accountant
Role
The Intermediate Accountant will assist the accounting department in all accounting activities by ensuring a good flow of accounting information daily and providing accurate financial information.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and enter Journal entries to GL.
- Assist in month-end and year-end procedures.
- Prepare and enter monthly accruals.
- Analyze GL accounts.
- Prepare wire transfer payments.
- Commission calculations
- Buying groups billing and volume rebate calculations.
- Budget to actual expense analysis.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Be meticulous and precise
- Highly developed analytical and organization skills
- Experience handling financials for more than one division
- Experience dealing with USA companies
- Bilingual with strong English
