Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to be partnering with Baker Tilly GWD in search of
talented and skilled Senior Accountants to join their Assurance & Advisory team. This pivotal
role involves preparing compilation and review engagements, leading and performing audit
engagements, and preparing and reviewing corporate, trust, and personal tax returns. The
Senior Accountant will supervise engagements and related tax filings, identify and resolve
engagement issues, and support year-end planning. Additionally, this role encompasses training
and mentoring junior staff, developing and maintaining positive and productive working
relationships, supporting practice and professional development initiatives, and participating in
business development initiatives.
To excel as a Senior Accountant at Baker Tilly GWD, the ideal candidate will :
CPA designation or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience working in public practice accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Interest in managing and developing others
Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time and budget constraints
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
