Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges between $ 72,080 - $ 99,110, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

The pay range above is not a guarantee of compensation but reflects the potential total compensation for this role at the time of this posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. The stated range is a reasonable estimate and may change over time; final compensation may fall above or below the range provided. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue its compensation and benefits programs at any time, in accordance with applicable law.

Job Details

This is a Full‑Time, permanent position, with a shift of Monday to Friday, 12 : 30 pm – 9 : 00 pm.

Job Responsibilities (You Will)

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and leadership of the team
• Lead the team members to ensure team performance meets or exceeds commitment of our service promise to customers, and expectations of productivity, quality and safety
• Actively support company Values and Operating Principles by encouraging team to suggest new ideas, being accountable for actions, working as a team, and being customer‑focused.
• Lead team members with a hands‑on, people‑focused approach in their development, coaching, communication, improvement, and team building while holding them accountable
• Plan, manage, and adjust the daily workload and resourcing to meet key performance metrics
• Foster a safe work environment of empowerment, accountability, respect, consideration, open honest interaction, full participation in team meetings and activities with a winning attitude
• Lead the team in developing a continuous improvement mindset and process, while recognizing opportunities for change and implementing successfully
• Ensure team members have the necessary tools to perform their assigned duties and that the tools are routinely inspected and cared for
• Responsible for full inventory security during their shift
• Maintain knowledge of WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, WSIB, and all related governing legislation
• Ensure compliance of workforce with provincial regulations, codes and approved AGI operating practices
