Perfect Party Event Rentals is a family owned and operated business. We strive to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and the utmost respect.
We are looking for a responsible candidate to assist our delivery drivers in loading, installing, and retrieving rental products promptly from a variety of locations.
You will be required to represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Loading and unloading of delivery trucks
- Delivering a wide variety of rental equipment through different routes
- Following routes and time schedules
- Preparing and inspecting items upon drop off and pick up
- Count inventory to ensure all items are accounted for during the load in / out process
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete the installation of large rental equipment such as tents, dance floors, etc.
- Complete event space set ups when necessary
- Clean and maintain delivery vehicles
- Clean large rental equipment upon return from an event such as tables and chairs
- Communicate with customers by phone to update them on time of delivery as well as update with any issues or changes and with their estimated time of arrival
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer information
- And such other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements :
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Available to work weekends and occasional late nights / holidays
- Ability to lift minimum of 40lbs
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team
- Available to work weekends and occasional late nights
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Safety shoes
- Knowledge / experience in securing cargo an asset
Job Type : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary : $16.75 / hour
