Our client is looking to engage two Business Analysts (BA) and a Systems Analyst (SA) who will facilitate a successful ERP implementation process, bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and drive the project towards successful completion.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for :
- Participate in workstream workshops to gather requirements.
- Reviewing and approving solution designs, use cases, and functional design documents.
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with IT teams to ensure system configurations align with business needs.
- Assisting our SMEs with user acceptance testing (UAT) and being available for support sessions.
- Assisting with the development of training for end-users.
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for :
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of existing systems and processes.
- Collaborating with team to gather and document and approve technical requirements.
- Designing develop and configuring D365 to meet business requirements.
- Planning and executing data migration processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
