If you’re ready to be a vital member of a dynamic marketing team, this role is for you! Location : Hybrid role in Toronto, 1-year contract Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to Brand Strategy : Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive business reviews and annual brand plans that drive brand growth and performance.
- Innovation & Cross-Functional Projects : Take a hands-on role in developing and implementing innovative brand projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Market Analysis : Continuously analyze market trends, category performance, and brand health to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Commercial Plan Support : Collaborate with key teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Project Management : Own project schedules and timelines, coordinating with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
- Budget Management : Manage brand budgets, make recommendations for optimizations, and handle various administrative functions to support the team’s efficiency.
Growth Opportunities : This is a one-year contract role with the potential to grow and extend beyond the contract. Throughout this time, you’ll have the chance to gain valuable experience and take on increasing responsibilities, from managing your own projects to leading larger brand initiatives.
You’ll develop expertise in brand strategy, project management, and cross-functional leadership, positioning you for more senior roles such as Brand Manager or Marketing Manager within our team.

Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Educational Background : University Degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing is highly valued.
- Marketing Experience : 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the CPG industry.
- Brand & Budget Management : Proven experience in developing brand plans and controlling budgets.
- Analytical Skills : Background in analytics, consumer research, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, usage, and attitudes.
Salary : $68K-$73K
