Our client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to deliver configuration and integration of SuccessFactors
Initially contract goes until Dec with chances of extension. Fully remote in Canada.
Must Haves :
- 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
- 5+ years' experience with SuccessFactors configuration
- Experience with Business Process Re-engineering
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
Nice to have :
- Experience with integration :
- between SAP ECC and Employment Center
- between SuccessFactors and Workforce Scheduling tool
- In depth knowledge of Integration Centre and integration mapping.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding of the following SF concept
- Manage Business Configuration :
- Manage Positions, Jobs and Org structure.
- Data Replication monitor and fault find errors.
- Setting up Custom objects & Processes in SuccessFactors
- Setup Alerts and Notifications.
- Configure and Manage Workflows.
- Manage data and the variety of the data components
- Configure Business Rules.
- Manage pending Hires, Job Scheduler,
- Platform feature settings.
- Transport Bundle management and Check tool.
- Matrix relationship setup.
- Maintain templates incl. onboarding / off boarding template
- Understand and setup Recruitment Routemaps and Synchronization to Incumbents.
- Compensation home and compensation features.
