Looking for a Technical hands on leader within the Telecom OSS / BSS space.
If you have a strong background in Telecoms, excel in team leadership, and have hands-on software development skills, we want to hear from you.
Experience with Angular, Azure, DevOps, SQL Server or other web technologies is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Vision : Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for modernizing our product portfolio, aligned with our client's vision and objectives.
- Innovative Leadership : Lead a cross-functional R&D team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge telecom solutions.
Leverage cloud-native, serverless, and containerized technologies.
- Collaborative Partner : Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions, enhancing our competitive edge and customer value.
- Technical Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the R&D team, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Hands-on Involvement : Actively contribute to the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software solutions, ensuring compliance with modern development methodologies.
- Industry Insights : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the telecom sector to guide product development and strategy.
- End-to-End Ownership : Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, feature sets, and delivery schedules that meet customer needs.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance : Oversee compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and quality assurance processes in product development.
- Partnership Building : Foster collaborative partnerships with external vendors, partners, and clients to enhance product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience in migrating on-premise applications to the cloud, with a deep understanding of cloud migration challenges and best practices.
- Extensive software development experience (8+ years) with cloud-native, serverless, message queues, and containerized technologies.
- Telecom industry experience, specifically in OSS / BSS, Point of Sale, Customer Care, Service Fulfillment, Collections, Trouble Ticketing, Provisioning, Mediation, Self-Care, Roaming, Interconnect, and related domains.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor technical teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a passion for driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
- Product management experience and leadership in cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
- Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements in the telecom sector.
