Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Drive engineering deliverables involving industrial controls through the phase gate processes
• Take ownership of the project management life cycle for engineering projects
• Oversee and maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards throughout the development cycle
• Coordinate, lead and motivate project teams, and maintain and create positive relationships with stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and coach project teams and improve overall project management effectiveness
• Manage and maintain documentation control, financial components, and deliverable traceability and project progress
• Prepare and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify risks and create contingency plans

Who you are:

• 5-7 years of proven engineering or technical project management experience to successful completion
• Bachelors in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or relevant degree
• Proven experience in owning projects relating toindustrial controls or large industrial controls
  
• Understanding of PLCs, Scada, HMIs, and industrial protocols
• Skilled in using PLMs or deliverable traceability tracking / documentation tools i.e. JAMA, JIRA, Confluence
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and scheduling software i.e. MS Project, WBS-Gantt
• Experience using JIRA is a strong asset
• Organized, and adept at tracking project resources, budgets and mitigating risks
• Team player with the ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Innovative, adaptable, and committed to finding solutions
• Commitment to continuous improvement, self-development and lifelong learning
• PMP designation is an asset
  
• Ability in leveraging AI tools is an asset

The annual base salary is determined through comprehensive market research and considers factors including qualifications, skills, education, relevant experience, work location, internal equity, and alignment with local and industry market data.
