Temporary to Permanent role, onsite
Our client has an opening for several positions in their mailroom. This role will be temporary to permanent, Monday to Friday, starting at 6 am, and must be able to work a 12-hour day.
What you'll do :
Work with mail, sort, open, and extract contents
Lockbox, process accounts, negotiate checks and interact with customers
Maintain workflow, monitor if there are any issues
What you'll bring :
Previous experience in a mail room, lockbox (lockbox experience an asset) or clerical environment
Basic computer skills, use multiple software and multiple screens
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail, able to multi-task
High school diploma or GEG
Must be able to undergo a background check and drug screen
