Senior Tax and Accounting Specialist

The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Proficiently managing tax and accounting duties for a diverse client base across Canadian and US jurisdictions.
- Effectively managing a client roster and comprehensively understanding their business needs.
- Responsible for meticulously crafting and coordinating engagement plans and schedules, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Leading and cultivating a versatile team while offering vital assistance in the firm and IT management domains.
- Engaging with the local community to explore growth prospects
- Effectively manage a portfolio of clients and comprehensively understand their business needs.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- CPA Designation.
- 3 Years of experience effectively managing tax and accounting tasks for both the USA and Canada, particularly in handling cross-border tax returns.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Lacerte Tax, Profile, Caseware, and Caseview is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive initiative, proficient at independent work and collaborative teamwork.
- Be available to commute to our Vaughan office.
