Senior Software Dev QA

Fortinet is offering an exciting opportunity and hiring a Senior Software Dev QA to enhance our product development on FortiAuthenticator.
FortiAuthenticator builds on the foundations of Fortinet Single Sign-On, adding a greater range of user identification methods and great scalability.
FortiAuthenticator is the gatekeeper of authorization into the Fortinet secured enterprise network identifying users, querying access permissions from third-party systems and communicating this information to FortiGate devices for use in Identity-Based Policies.
Job Description :
- Research, implement and test functional modules to detect vulnerabilities in areas of OS, web and databases servers, applications, network protocols and devices.
- Keep up-to-date with the vulnerability assessment / management and the general security landscape
- Maintain and release code using source control system
- Prepare detailed vulnerability descriptions for the online FortiGuard encyclopedia
Job Requirement :
- Good programming skills in C / C++ and scripts is essential
- In-depth knowledge of protocols such as TCP / IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SSL and SMB is essential
- Ability to work on Linux / Unix, and Windows platforms
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and other security technologies is a plus
- Experience with vulnerability exploration is a plus
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
