Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our group of companies. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management and execution of financial processes for multiple companies. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for accounts payable, bookkeeping, general administrative support, and providing customer service support to our consultants. Responsibilities

Accounts Payable : oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts payable process, including tracking payments and ensuring timely payment.Bookkeeping : maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.Credit Card Reconciliations : monthly reconciliations for our business credit cards and related coding.Compliance : ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Administrative Support : provide support for program administration, office needs, and to the Executive Director.Customer Service : provide support to our network of international consultants, answer questions, and rectify any payment issues.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or office administration role.Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative to accomplish tasks or improve processes.
