DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide comprehensive purchasing support across all business unitsBe familiar with all relevant suppliers and their product rangesEffective communication and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external customers and suppliersProcessing high-volume material receipts in the system with speed and accuracyMaintaining detailed PO comments and expediting notes with efficient data entryQuickly updating purchase order ETAs and system information in real-timeCoordinate inbound shipmentsAssist with various administrative and purchasing support responsibilitiesWork in conjunction with Regional PurchasingOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS :
