Senior Accountant/ Financial Reporting Specialist
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the corporate accounting manager, the financial reporting specialist will be responsible for, but not limited too :
- Prepare financial reports, analyze any technical areas of accounting under IFRS reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in multiple currencies.
- Prepare equity accounting and pension financial statements.
- Perform financial analysis as needed and work with teams across the globe.
- Work in collaboration with external accountants for year-end audit and tax work.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Designated CPA
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Public practice experience is an asset
- Experience working with IFRS is an asset.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary : $90,000 to $110,000
- 3 weeks’ vacation
- Extended health and dental.
- Discretionary bonus
