Job Title : Bilingual Collections Specialist
Location : Montreal, QC (Fully Remote)
Length of Assignment : Temporary
Salary : $$
Our client in Montreal, QC is actively looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join their team.
Position Description :
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- responsible for making collection calls and emails
- investigate and resolve any client billing issues
- reconcile customer accounts
- update ERP system with all customer correspondants
- monthly reporting as required
- report bad debt accounts to collection manager
Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum years collection experience
- Previous background working in a professional services environment is an asset
- Must have advanced level excel skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
