About Us : Our client is a leading development company specializing in high-rise and hospitality projects. They are known for their commitment to creating vibrant communities and are looking for a motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join their team at the head office in Vaughan.
Job Description : As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Construction in managing high-rise and hospitality projects primarily in the Niagara region.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the coordination and management of high-rise and hospitality projects.
- Support the Director of Construction with project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and ensure all parties are informed of project status.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- A proactive and go-getter attitude.
Compensation :
$75K-$95K plus package
