As a key member of the team, you will put your knowledge to work andprovide support for project management during the execution stage of theconstruction process.

What YOU Will Do
- Jump in right from the start to plan and prepare training content;
- Be a part of our onboarding process by conducting applicable project management training sessions for new employees;
- Be a go-to for employees using the project management softwares and follow the progress of team member training;
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand the impact of discrepancies in data entry;
- Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open with team members to meet any additional training needs;
- Keep on top of system updates or changes and ensure key information is updated and distributed accordingly;
- Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of system usage and training;
- Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities;
- Celebrate project success and completion.
What YOU Will Bring
- 1-3 years of experience within a similar position in providing training to internal employees;
- Previous administrative experience within the construction or related industry is highly desirable;
- A DEC (diploma of College Studies) or College Diploma in the field of Office Administration, Training and Development or a combination of education and industry experience;
- Previous experience and working knowledge of Procore or CMiC is highly desirable;
- A proven track record of project administrative support;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Professional oral and written proficiency in both French and English
- Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation;
- Proven organizational skills and a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to travel within your local region as required.
