Summary
The Bilingual Service Coordinator / Medical Assistant will participate in delivering services and outreach activities. This is a permanent full-time position (4-5 days a week, including weekends and evenings).

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual administrative support to physicians, pharmacies and allied health professionals
- Direct telemedicine requests to our providers in an appropriate and efficient manner
- Provides support to telemedicine clinics, by interacting with physicians, patients, and pharmacies and tracks metrics.
- Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to : registering patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on consults and test results, obtaining required documentation
- Obtains key demographic and health related information and registering this information accurately and efficiently into the EMR
- Provides assistance to doctors and allied health providers
- Supports management and perform administrative tasks for service delivery
- Performs outreach calls to provide information on telemedicine services, generate leads, and schedules appointments with account managers.
- Attend to call centre messages on a continuous basis
- Perform other duties related to clinic operations
